Its July and the heat of the summer has set in. Maybe you're not hot- you're just bored with the same grilled chicken breast and rice. This salsa doesn't have any fat but has so much flavor!
Learn to chop the mango, or grab it frozen and thaw! Prep is 10 minutes on this.
Summertime Mango Salsa
Ingredients
3 Fresh Mangos, Diced
1 Jalapeno, Diced
1/4 cup Red Onion, Diced
2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint, Sliced Thin
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
1 Lime, Juiced
Pinch Salt, to taste
Option to add 1 Avocado, Cubed
Directions
Dice the Mango, Jalapeno, Red Onion, and Herbs into a medium-sized bowl.
Squeeze the lime into the bowl and toss well.
Eat immediately or store in an air-tight container refrigerated for up to a week.
