A little about me-
I have been an athlete all my life. From an early age, classical ballet was my focus; early adulthood brought me years of professional dance performance and personal training experience; now, I am hooked on CrossFit. I want to help others improve nutrition and lifestyle habits to reach whatever the goal is- athletic performance, leaning out, building muscle, or feeling your best. Central to my practice is the consideration of the whole-self, including nutrition, exercise, sleep and hydration. Long-term habits are the best kinds of habits.
